图式理论发展论坛构建多层级协同治理架构。学术委员会为最高学术决策层，负责战略方向与学术标准；理事会为战略治理层，审议发展规划与资源配置；执行委员会统筹日常运营；秘书处保障行政服务。论坛下设图式研究院与图式学院，研究院聚焦基础研究与理论建构，学院专注成果转化、人才培训与技术推广，以图式教育为核心推动理论服务落地，联合全球高校与产业伙伴构建产学研深度融合的创新生态。各机构协同联动，形成“学术引领、战略决策、高效执行、深耕转化”的一体化组织格局。

The Schema Theory Development Forum operates under a multi-tiered governance structure integrating academic leadership, strategic decision-making, and efficient execution. Under the Forum, the Schema Research Institute focuses on fundamental research and theory building, while the Schema Academy drives research translation, talent development, and technology promotion through schema education, uniting global universities and industry partners in deep collaboration. All bodies work in synergy to advance schema theory from academic exploration to real-world impact.
