The Schema Theory Development Forum operates under a multi-tiered collaborative governance structure, convening global academic expertise and industry resources to advance fundamental research, applied translation, and cross-domain collaboration in schema theory.


学术委员会

Academic Committee

学术委员会是论坛最高学术决策机构，由全球认知科学、学习科学与人工智能领域的资深学者组成。负责制定论坛学术战略方向、审定重大研究课题、评估学术成果质量、维护学术标准与伦理规范，为论坛及下设机构提供权威学术指导。

The Academic Committee is the Forum's highest academic decision-making body, composed of senior scholars from cognitive science, the learning sciences, and artificial intelligence worldwide. It sets the Forum's academic strategy, approves major research initiatives, evaluates scholarly output, and upholds academic standards and ethical norms, providing authoritative academic guidance for the Forum and its affiliated bodies.





















理事会

Board of Directors

理事会是论坛战略治理机构，由学界领袖、产业代表与社会贤达共同组成。负责审议论坛中长期发展规划、监督重大决议执行、拓展全球合作伙伴网络、保障组织可持续发展，对论坛整体方向与资源配置行使决策权。

The Board of Directors is the Forum's strategic governance body, jointly composed of academic leaders, industry representatives, and distinguished public figures. It deliberates on the Forum's mid- and long-term development plans, oversees the implementation of major resolutions, expands global partnership networks, and ensures organizational sustainability, exercising decision-making authority over the Forum's overall direction and resource allocation.

执行委员会

Executive Committee

执行委员会是论坛日常运营管理机构，负责落实学术委员会与理事会的战略部署，统筹论坛年会、专题研讨与出版计划，协调下设各机构的工作衔接与资源配置，保障组织高效运转。

The Executive Committee is the Forum's operational management body, responsible for implementing the strategic directives of the Academic Committee and the Board of Directors, coordinating the Forum's annual conferences, thematic symposia, and publication plans, and aligning the work and resources of all subordinate bodies to ensure efficient organizational functioning.


秘书处

Secretariat

秘书处是论坛常设行政服务机构，承担日常联络、文档管理、信息发布、会员服务与财务行政等职能。作为论坛对内协调与对外联络的枢纽，秘书处保障各项学术活动与行政事务的规范运行。

The Secretariat is the Forum's permanent administrative service body, undertaking daily communications, document management, information dissemination, membership services, and financial administration. As the hub for internal coordination and external liaison, the Secretariat ensures the standardized operation of all academic activities and administrative affairs.


图式研究院

Schema Research Institute

图式研究院是论坛旗下核心研究机构，聚焦图式理论的基础研究与前沿探索。下设图式理论与应用研究中心，系统推进图式在学习迁移、知识表征、情境推理与跨文化认知等领域的理论建构与实证研究，为认知科学与人工智能的交叉融合提供学理支撑。

The Schema Research Institute is the Forum's core research body, focused on fundamental research and frontier exploration in schema theory. It houses the Center for Schema Theory and Application, systematically advancing theoretical construction and empirical research on schema in learning transfer, knowledge representation, situational reasoning, and cross-cultural cognition, providing scholarly foundations for the convergence of cognitive science and artificial intelligence.

图式学院

Schema Academy

图式学院是论坛旗下常设执行与转化机构，专注图式理论的系统教育、成果转化与技术推广。下设成果转化中心、人才培训中心和图式应用技术推广中心。学院联合全球知名学府开展多层次人才培养，推动图式驱动的核心技术从实验室走向产业应用，形成产学研深度融合的创新生态。

The Schema Academy is the Forum's permanent executive and translational body, dedicated to systematic education, research translation, and technology promotion in schema theory. It comprises the Center for Research Translation, the Center for Talent Development, and the Center for Schema Technology Promotion. In partnership with leading universities worldwide, the Academy advances multi-tiered talent cultivation and drives schema-driven core technologies from the lab to industrial application, fostering an innovation ecosystem of deep industry-academia integration.

Schema Education

图式教育是论坛推动理论服务落地的核心业务板块，以图式理论为学理基础，构建覆盖基础教育、高等教育与职业培训的系统化教育解决方案。通过课程研发、师资培训、教学评估与学习平台建设，将图式驱动的认知策略转化为可推广的教育实践，联合全球高校与教育机构，推动图式教育的标准化、规模化与国际化发展。

Schema Education is the Forum's core operational division for translating theory into practice, building systematic educational solutions spanning K-12, higher education, and vocational training grounded in schema theory. Through curriculum development, teacher training, instructional assessment, and learning platform construction, it transforms schema-driven cognitive strategies into scalable educational practices, uniting global universities and educational institutions to advance the standardization, expansion, and internationalization of schema education.


组织关系

Organizational Relationship

学术委员会为最高学术决策层，理事会为战略治理层，执行委员会为日常运营层，秘书处为行政服务层。图式研究院专注基础研究与理论建构，图式学院聚焦成果转化与应用推广，图式教育推动理论服务落地，。各机构各司其职、协同联动，形成“学术引领、战略决策、高效执行、深耕转化”的一体化组织格局。

The Academic Committee serves as the highest academic decision-making tier, the Board of Directors as the strategic governance tier, the Executive Committee as the daily operations tier, and the Secretariat as the administrative service tier. The Schema Research Institute focuses on fundamental research and theory building, the Schema Academy concentrates on research translation and application promotion, and Schema Education drives theory into real-world practice. All bodies operate with clearly defined roles and coordinated synergy, forming an integrated organizational architecture of academic leadership, strategic decision-making, efficient execution, deep translational impact, and educational implementation.
